What we're asking

Permission to send you wellness content, product news, and occasional partner offers over email, SMS, or push — whichever channels you pick.

Why we're asking

Under GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and DPDP, marketing communications require specific opt-in at the channel level. We don't want to send you anything you didn't ask for.

What happens if you say yes

You get the channels you opted into. Typical cadence is 1–2 messages per month per channel, more during product launches. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

  • Email — monthly newsletter, feature announcements, occasional tips.
  • SMS — optional. Used for time-sensitive product updates only.
  • Push — in-app and mobile push for new features.

What happens if you say no

You get no marketing messages. You still get transactional messages required to operate your account — see the Transactional Communications notice.

How to change your mind

Toggle any channel in account settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Changes take effect within 24 hours.
