2. The Four Cookie Categories

These cookies are required for menthra to work. They handle session management, authentication, security, and load balancing. Disabling them would break the site.

2.3 Analytics (opt-in)

We use analytics to understand how the platform is used in aggregate — which pages are helpful, where users drop off, what to improve. Data is de-identified.

• How pages and features are used in aggregate — for example, which screens are most helpful and where users get stuck
• Platform speed and reliability monitoring — this is system-level measurement, not tracking of your individual session
• Session replay for debugging (anonymized)

2.4 Marketing (opt-in)

Marketing cookies help us understand which content resonates so we can show you relevant menthra content on other platforms you visit.

• Advertising pixel identifiers
• Attribution tracking
• Conversion measurement

3. Third Parties

Some cookies are set by third-party providers who help us operate the site (analytics, advertising, payments). We contract with these providers to protect your data. They cannot use cookies from menthra to track you across unrelated sites.

4. How Long Cookies Last

• Session cookies — deleted when you close the browser.
• Persistent cookies — remain until they expire or you delete them. These timers count from your last visit to menthra, not from account creation or closure. Preference cookies expire after up to 12 months of inactivity, analytics after up to 24 months, and marketing after up to 13 months.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) — a browser-level signal that tells sites you prefer not to be tracked. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out from non-essential cookies in jurisdictions where this is required.
