How Menthra responds
A safety model reviews every conversation. When it detects crisis indicators, your AI Companion pauses normal behavior and surfaces immediate resources.
Region-appropriate hotlines (988, Tele-MANAS, Samaritans, Lifeline) are surfaced immediately. The Companion will not try to handle a clinical crisis alone.
Where authorized at registration or required by law, our on-call Care team is notified and coordinates with your emergency contact or local emergency services.
Crisis support on Menthra is never rate-limited, never gated behind a paywall, and never interrupted by a usage cap. See our Fair Use Policy.
Important
This page is informational. Menthra is a wellness companion platform and is not a substitute for emergency services, crisis intervention, or clinical care. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number or one of the crisis lines listed above. The hotlines listed are independent organizations — they are not operated by Menthra, and we cannot guarantee their service availability.
