How family plans work on menthra — and what family members can and cannot see about each other.

What we're asking

Permission to link your account to a family plan. Shown in two variants: one for the plan owner, one for invited members.

Plan owner — what you're agreeing to

  • You are responsible for billing.
  • You can invite and remove members.
  • You see each member's subscription status — not their conversations, not their wellness data, not their session history.
  • For minor members on Bloom, you get engagement metrics and crisis alerts per the Minor Signup consent.

Invited member — what you're agreeing to

  • Your menthra access is paid for by the plan owner.
  • The plan owner can remove you, which downgrades your account to the free tier.
  • Your conversations stay private — they are never shared with the plan owner or other family members.
  • You can leave the family plan at any time.

Why we're asking

Family plans touch more than one person's data. Each member — and the plan owner — needs to understand where the line is.

What happens if you say no

You can still use menthra as an individual. Family plan discounts and shared billing will not be available.

How to change your mind

Leave the family plan any time in account settings. Plan owners can remove members; members can remove themselves. For data export before leaving, see Your Rights.
