Who this is for

Your employer has provided menthra as a paid wellness benefit for you. This screen explains exactly what your employer can and cannot see when you use it.

What we're asking

Your acknowledgement that you understand how employer-provisioned access works — and what your employer can and cannot see.

Your employer CAN see

  • Aggregate, de-identified engagement metrics (total active users, session frequency)
  • Aggregate wellness trend data (company-wide stress indicators, in ranges that cannot identify any one person)
  • Number of crisis interventions — without identifying who
  • Whether you are eligible to use menthra based on employment status

Your employer CANNOT see

  • The content of any conversation you have with Ally — ever.
  • Whether you personally are using menthra — individual identity is never surfaced.
  • Your assessment responses, wellness scores, or emotional patterns.
  • Which days or times you use Ally.
  • Any personal identifier in any aggregate report.

What if you leave the company

Your menthra account can be transferred to a personal account. You keep your conversation history. See Your Rights for export options.

How to change your mind

You can stop using menthra at any time. Contact support@menthra.ai for account transfer or closure.
